    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math.

    Please try this:
Go to RankMath Settings > Titles and Metas > Local SEO. Change Person or Company to match the correct values.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Ankit,

    Thank for your email.

I think we have correct values in the ‘Name’ Field.

Here is the Screenshot for your reference: https://ibb.co/x7Md82q

    Please check.

    Hello,

There must be a plugin conflict with the Rank Math and I believe it’s AMP, Could you please show me the Plugin Suppression setting of AMP? If it’s active try to suppress it and flush the website cache and re-run the Structured data testing tool.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.

We are sorry but we do not offer remote support via AnyDesk or via call.

You can add your WordPress logins in the sensitive data section or follow my colleague’s advice above to investigate this issue further.

Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.

I’ve further checked your site, and it seems that there’s another plugin or your theme adding an additional schema to your site.

The Health Check plugin is not working on your site due to some file permission issues.

In this case, you may need to fix that permission issue and follow the steps in our guide to find the culprit. Else, you may need to deactivate your plugins one by one manually and see which of them is adding the additional schema.

However, judging by the issue, it is most likely coming from your theme since the schema is inside a script tag. The first schema you see with a checkmark is from Rank Math. I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue in the sensitive data section.

You can try switching to a default theme and check again your site using Google’s Rich Results test. If the issue was fixed by doing so, you may need to get in touch with your theme provider and ask to disable the additional schema.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

    Hi,

We have installed the ‘Health Check plugin’, you can activate & check the same.

    Hello,

Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.

I’ve further investigated this issue, and it seems that the additional schema is being added by the plugin Web Stories. You can check the screencast attached in the sensitive data section where that plugin and a default theme are only activated.

In this case, you can get in touch with its developer to ask how to disable the schema being added by that plugin.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
