I have updated the plugin and cleared my cache. Still not able to see the tags archive pages.
Please note, I am not using Woocommerce on this site. These are just the tags on a standard blog. Categories are working fine (https://songtowndev.wpengine.com/digital-magazine-featured/) but tags are not (https://songtowndev.wpengine.com/articles/)

Unfortunately, Rank Math has an option to strip the category base but not for tags. The permalink bases for taxonomies exist to make it easier to distinguish those requests from page or post requests.
You can try a permalinks plugin like this to manage the tag base for your posts.
