Thank you for providing the login details, I checked your categories and the “Strip Category Base” option from Rank Math seems to be working well as you can see in the screencast I inserted in the Sensitive data section.
Please note that this option does not strip or remove the actual category or the parent category. This will only remove the “category” slug.
Example:
FROM: https://domain.com/category/parent-category/child-category/
TO: https://domain.com/parent-category/child-category/

Ah Ok … so if I want to get rid of the parent category in the URL how can I do that?

Since WordPress is the one handling this permalink format, the only way to remove the parent category is to remove the parent category from an individual category which is not sometimes an ideal solution.
An alternative would be is you would need to check for permalink manager plugins to help you further modify your permalink structure for your category pages.
