Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings and also, please share the URL of the post. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I checked your website and found that the URL https://www.giangocomunicazione.it/cultura/ was a rewrite of the URL https://www.giangocomunicazione.it/funnel/. I trashed the funnel post then restored it and that broke the connection between /cultura/ and /funnel/. If you want to continue using the URL /cultura/ you will have to recreate the page and its contents.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
Very helpful. You have put down a part of my web site.
The redirect still remains if I try to create a page with the url /cultura/
I’ll try to resolve it myself changing the url of the page …
Don’t try anything more for the moment.
Where can I find the redirection you were talking about?
If I delete the Funnel post completely the new page /cultura/ i have created link to another element of the CPT pappareale (now it’s the covid post).
I can’t figure how to resolve this.
And the redirection module of Rankmath is not active. Why does this happens, do you have any clue?
I’ve succeeded in recover the contents.
I had to disable Rankmath and make the changes.
For the moment I don’t need any more help.
I’ll copy the site in a dev environment and make more tests there. I can’t do anymore tests in production site.
I’ll open a new support ticket if needed when the dev site be ready.
Can you explain me where the Rankmath redirect are located in the database? Or where I can find more technical documentation. Maybe I’ll find something.
For some posts I’ve seen that the rank_math_internal_links_processed meta_key is duplicated with value 1.
There were two identical rows for that key for the funnel post I deleted. Don’t know if it could generate problems.
Hello,
I am sorry for the outage caused by the troubleshooting I carried out, and glad you managed to restore the inaccessible pages. They were fine when I left the site. I should have noted down the post IDs of all affected posts as to make further troubleshooting simpler.
Rank Math redirection data is stored in the {prefix}_rank_math_redirections where {prefix} is your database prefix. If you are working on a staging website, it may me safer to trash and delete the posts with the affected URLs. This wild delete any trace of the broken redirection. Then recreate them by copying over the content from the live website. Also make sure whenever you remove slugs, or change URL structure that you do not end up with the same URL for items of different content types as that can cause similar conflicts.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
