From your screenshot, it seems that you’re referring to the Analytics Stats bar displayed on the front end (logged-in users).
To hide it temporarily or remove it permanently, you can follow the steps in this link:

Hi,
the stats bar is not visible. It shows for less than a second and then disappears again.
In your article it says to click the button on the top right, but if the bar is not visible for longer than a few seconds I won’t be able to do anything there.
Can I disable it also through the settings?

I found it under General Settings > Analytics > Hide Fronend Static bar
