Rank Math free

Hi! Just bought Rank Math Pro and payed with paypal. When the transaction went thru, I got a error message “Store Error

An unexpected error was encountered. Please try again, or contact us at questionacharge.com for assistance.”

Paypal took my money, but I’m not able to use rankmath. And it’s payed to fastspring according to paypal.

I used the email adress for paypal account l*******@p*************. Can you guys help me get access to my account?
