Stopping Subscripton – support ticket not accessable

    Hello Team,

    your system has a misfunction – or is kidding me.

    I dont want to proceed this rankmath subscription.

    But it is not possible to stop it.
    Changing the payment is not possible, as the email of the fastspring system will not arrive. I am signed up with an email wich is functional- i tested it.
    But no mail from your system will arrive.

    So i opened a support ticket yesterday.

    Then i got a email that there is an answer in this ticket.

    But – after sign in, i get the message, that i don’t have permission.
    Also if i am inside my account, successfully signed in, i see the ticket – but also get this message.
    Your system is not working, i am wasting my time and i dont want to proceed this subscription.

    What is your info about this?
    Stop this subscription and send me the recipe to my other mail address.
