Stopping subscription

Hallo, I have a active Subskription. What I don’t want to renew it. I want to cancel It now. But Inside the Account I get another question for typing, my E-Mail to received instructions to cancel the Subscription. But the E-Mail is not Arriving. I made it Several times.It does not work? I want to cancel the Subscription. I don’t want to renew it. The E-Mail. Adress of my account is : r***@q***********
