We don’t offer this type of feature with Rank Math. The “sticky header” you just saw was made by our designers just for this landing page.
If you wish to make your own sticky “header”, you would need to hire a designer as well.
Additionally, you can make use of this CSS property to achieve similar behavior of this “header” part:
position: sticky;
