Status page Error log window blank after updating plugin

    After updating to version 1.0.218 the status page error log window is now blank.

    Can you please see the sensitive data section for the screenshot URL plus WP version data.

    Please update your WordPress to the latest version which is version 6.5.2

    Then, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Updating WP would mean you are saying Rank Math only works with the latest WP version which is counter to your current compatibility records.

    Second, it was completely compatible with the last version of Rank Math. Please take note of the screenshot that shows you the problem.

    The console is still showing the same issue

    HI, sorry for delay in response.

    I updated to 6.5.3, my PHP is 8.0, and the issue still persists.

    I won’t be able to give you access to the live site, but what I can do is set up a staging site without any images, (too much storage space), for you to check the backend and figure out the issue.

    This is likely going to be next week, if schedules go smoothly, around Tuesday 10pm Hong Kong time. I can keep the staging live for 6 hours before removing it.

    Is that a big enough window?
