I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue. By following this guide, I tried to test if this is caused by a conflicting plugin/theme, but switching the theme is returning a critical error.
In this case, we might need to manually disable the plugins and the theme to investigate further.
Alternatively, you can create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.
