Back to the issue, can you please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action?
To check this, please head over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
Then run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

I ran the scheduled action and received an email with pretty much the same stats and nothing changed in the dashboard 🙁

The Rank Math PRO was applied to your other Gmail account in the sensitive data section. You can use that to log in to your paid Rank Math account as well.
Alternatively, we can merge both of your accounts so you can consolidate all of them into a single account. Please confirm which is your preferred email address in the sensitive data section and we will do the needful.
Regarding the issue, please reconnect the Google account to regenerate the auth token from Google by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
