We apologize for the issue you are facing with the statistics not being correct. Thank you for providing the link and the screenshot for reference.
To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account associated with your Rank Math plugin. You can check your statistics by navigating to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account.

- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
- After reconnecting, refresh the statistics count in your Rank Math dashboard to ensure it requests updated data from our server.

plz note that I have 2 website in same account ? maybe this is the issue ?
Hello,
It is not an issue if you’ve multiple properties under the same Google account. However, the red dot means your Google account is not connected properly with Rank Math Analytics.
In this case, please follow this guide to remove the Rank Math App from your Google account: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token
Once done, please reconnect your Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics with all the required permissions, and see if that resolves the issue.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Still no statistics
can you login and check plz?Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
