Static homepage meta data not showing

    Rank Math free

    My meta description and keywords are not showing up in my analysis. I tried to set it in the plugin itself, but it redirected me to my homepage to enter the info, which I did but it’s not showing anywhere. I have my homepage set as a static page currently.

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please inspect the homepage using your browser’s developer options and check if the meta settings that you entered have been applied on the <head> section between the below sections:

    <!-- Search Engine Optimization by Rank Math - https://s.rankmath.com/home -->

    <!-- /Rank Math WordPress SEO plugin -->

    If they are, then there is nothing to worry about since the settings will be available to search engine crawlers.

    Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    It’s there, so that’s good to know.

    However, I do like using the analyzer to get an idea of how my site is doing with SEO. Those are pretty big hits to the analyzer. Any idea why it doesn’t recognize it or how we can change that?

    Hi Jackie,

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    This may be related to caching on your site. Could you please purge all the cache from your optimization plugins and then run the SEO analysis to check if this will resolve the problem?

    Let us know how this goes. Thank you.
