since few days i start using rank math hoping better website performance
as an end user i hate to start solving problems this is not my aim
solving below problems and resume work feeling the difference and improvement of traffic should be as soon as possiblei have 2 problems at the moment unable to solve
1-linking your Rank Math account
2-editor in html mode i cant use or change ti writing moderegards

Are you getting any error messages upon linking your account? You can link it from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), you can also provide a screenshot or video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the steps and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

It seems to be working fine on our end.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
