You will only get stars displayed if your page has certain schemas, and usually, you don’t set any of those schemas in your homepage.

The page you shared has Local Business schema (which supports the review snippets/star rating: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/review-snippet) and additional Service Schema which supports reviews and aggregate rating.
You can set the same for your site:
— To add the Local Business schema, head to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO and set this as the business type
–You can add the Service schema on your page under the schema tab of Rank math meta box on the specific page you will be editing.
