You can log in using that ID at https://rankmath.com/my-account/
Alternatively, you can reset your password from the same page as well.
We can also merge your accounts if you prefer. We just need your preferred email ID for that and we will keep only that one active.

First off in my rankmath acct i have a license for
videofm.staging.wpengine.com

BUT in the WordPress plug in area it says “There is a new version of Rank Math SEO PRO available. View version 2.13.0 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. It seems that you don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. Please see details and pricing.”
So whats up with that?
Secondly, this is a staging server that we develop on and then push to live. So how do i get Rankmath on the live site as well? so that any SEO changes using rankmath on staging get pushed to our live site?

Your account badge is already set to PRO 
Kindly reconnect your account through Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check if the issue still persists.
You can install and configure Rank math on both your staging site and live site. That way any settings made on your staging site through Rank math on your pages/posts would still reflect on your live site.
