There aren’t a lot of URL related settings on Rank math. If you are referring to the setting in Local SEO, you can add your staging site URL. Please note that these settings can still be changed after you move your site to live. If there are any other specific settings, you can share with us some screenshots so we can guide you.

What I was referring to was
I have a word press staging site it is not live at the moment, as the official page has the active URL which is live, the staging URL is a temporary URL. When I do the switch over, the URL for the staging site will it automatically revert to the new URL.

The Search Console is used to give analytical data on your site such as impressions and clicks. If you have a separate live site, this is the site data you should verify on GSC. on your staging site, you won’t need to use Rank math Search Console since there is no data or indexing you need to track. You can leave this option disabled for now. You can later enable the Search Console module in Rank math dashboard and authorize your site in Rank math > General Settings > Search Console when your site is live.
