Split: Why did my account stop auto-renewing?

    It looks like my pro plan stopped auto-renewing after 3 years at $199/year, and now all my sites are on the free plan. Can someone explain why this happened? Also, is there any connection or issue related to the NS WhatsApp download page?

    We have split the previous ticket so we can assist you effectively.

    We checked your account and we haven’t found any subscription at all. It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate that account?
