Could you please confirm if you have already followed the troubleshooting in this link provided by my colleague? You can also follow the steps on this link to exclude your sitemap from being cached if you’re using Litespeed:

If the issue still persists, could you provide some affected URL/s to further investigate this issue on your websites?
