I am seeing the Schema being added but with one issue. But I also see your admin bar HTML is not loading fine (it could be due to some optimization you have done). Could you check by disabling any optimization you have done on the site if it is loading fine? Since sometimes, optimizations can break unknown things (unknown until they are broken).

i was using css/jss minification and combining them to optimize the # of simultaneous connections using litespeed caching plugin.. i’ve disabled these options now.. admin bar is now loading properly BUT still FAQ block not displaying on the published posts.. 🙁

The reason your FAQ is not being added is because you have not added the FAQ correctly. You have left some answers and questions fields are empty, please check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section. You will need to add all the fields as expected for the schema to show up as expected in the front end.
