Hello,
Could you confirm if you’re using the latest version of Rank Math? If not, then please update the plugin and see if that fixes the issue.
If the issue persists, please edit the post and click on the Update button (even if you’ve not made any changes), and then test the page again with Google’s Rich Results testing tool to see if the error is removed.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
I am using the latest version and despite doing as you advised the problem is still there
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
You don’t have enabled the author archives which makes it so the Person Schema is not generated and hence the author properties are not displayed properly on the Article Schema.
Please enable the author archives from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Authors and then you should see the warning about the URL going away on your website.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
This your suggestions have been put to use but the issue remained there.
Hello,
As you set everything, please clear your website’s cache and validate the fix again on your Google Search Console account.
Hope this will fix the issue. Looking forward to your update.
Thank you.
Hello,
All these recommendations have been executed yet the problem persist, I might be forced to deactivate your plugin and return to my former if this issue is not fixed in no distant time.
You guys are delaying to respond to my chat.
Hello,
I tested the URL with Google’s Rich Results testing tool and the schema is now validated without any errors. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please clear your browser’s cache and test the page again to see if that helps.
Alternatively, you can also test the URL in an incognito/private window of your web browser.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have uninstalled your plugin.
Anyways thanks for your time for not being able to solve the issue for days.
Hello,
