With WP-DEBUG enabled, could you please check if there are any errors reported in the Error log by heading to Rank math > Status & Tools > System Status. If there are none, please remove transients and Flush SEO analysis data in Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools then perform analysis again.
If there are any errors, please share some screenshots with us so we can assist further.
