Hello @agenciaseomarketing,
Can you please try clearing your website cache to see if the warning disappears for you?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi,
I have cleared the cache but I keep getting the warning.
Any other options?Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I cannot enter the access data to the website because it tells me that the title of the post is too long.
I have tried to shorten it, but I don’t have the option.
Can you do it from there?

Hello,
We’ve done that for you and it should be working fine now. Can you please try again to share the credentials in the sensitive data section?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Thanks!
Updated information 🙂Hello,
I’ve logged into your site and fixed the issue for you. Now the warning message is no longer showing on your dashboard.
The reason behind why your site was going offline/crashing is because you have enabled the filter on Code Snippets plugin and at the same time it was added to your theme’s functions.php. I have disabled the filter from Code Snippets plugin and added the filter at the bottom of your active theme’s
functions.php
file.I’m assuming, Code Snippets wasn’t working for the filter is because it’s not fully compatible with your site somehow.
Note: Please try adding the filter either in your child theme’s
functions.php
or by creatingrank-math.php
in your child theme. So that, you don’t lose the changes after you update your theme.Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
