I am one of the developers working on Rank Math and I would like to inform you that this is not a bug – the %randomword% variable will return a random but persistent value. For a given page, from a given list of values, it will always choose the same one. On a different page it might choose a different one. And from a different list of words also it might choose a different one.
We will possibly add another variable in the future, which will behave the way you expected this one to behave: it will show a different word on each page load. It should be noted though that most cache plugins would break such variable, and with cache enabled this would just show the same value on each page load.

Please update Rank Math & all other plugins, themes and WordPress to the latest version.
