Rank Math supports recognizing Power Words in multiple languages. However, the feature relies on the Site Language setting to determine the appropriate language for Power Words.
Since your WordPress Dashboard language is set to English, the plugin is currently optimized to recognize English Power Words.

Those words are not in our current library of power words for the Spanish language, the closest available is “transformador”. You can find the full list here: https://rankmath.com/blog/power-words/#spanish.
Rank Math Power Words feature at the moment has more words for English in comparison with other languages. Please note that the SEO test is only for your reference and doesn’t directly affect the SEO of your live page.
You can go ahead and still craft compelling, action-oriented titles that resonate with your audience. That will add more value to your webpage and subsequently your SEO.
