We have reset the roles on your website and you should be able to access all the data as administrator now.
Now, we recommend going through the Role Manager settings and changing them accordingly for all other user roles on your website.

Hello,
To reset the user roles on your website we had to run a custom code snippet that calls a function inside our plugin for this purpose.
This had to be done this way because the roles were corrupt likely from accidentally changing some rules inside the Role Manager.
Now, you can change the roles according to your needs for each user role. In case the default roles work fine for you, you don’t need to change anything else.
