It is more than likely that there was some issue while installing Rank Math.
Could you please uninstall, delete and re-install Rank Math again? This won’t remove all your settings data.

As for the PRO question, are you referring to the focus keywords? If yes, you can insert multiple keywords in a post and analyze its content for each keyword. This can actually be done in the Free plan as well.
If you are referring to the keyword tracker, you can track keywords and monitor their current position. You may refer to this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-tracker/
