It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

at each stage of the setup wizard, there are login credentials that are auto-populated. those are my credentials from Word Press. But should they be the Rank Math credentials instead? Is that, perhaps, the reason why I’ve encountered the access error message?
