Hello, after I have active the plugin rankmath,And on the wordpress dashboard there is no rankmath on the left. On the all plugin list, after click “Getting Started”, then it shows” “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I have deactive the YOAST SEO

Thank you for getting in touch. I am really sorry for the trouble this must have caused.

Can you please open the following link if you are using a single site setup of WordPress?
website.com//wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-registration

and for multi-site:
website.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=rank-math

If that doesn’t help, please disable the plugin and reactivate it again. You would notice this icon:
https://i.rankmath.com/qlNOzb

Clicking that should open the setup wizard of the plugin.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
