    Hi and thank you for a great product.

    I get the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when trying to configure RankMath on my site andersrodland.com. It happens when configuring trying to run the wizard, after the site is assigned to my account.

    Rankmath works just fine for my other site. What can I do to fix this?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please check if the issue is related to caching on your browser by running the setup wizard from an incognito window?

    Alternatively, please launch the setup wizard from the plugins page under the Rank Math plugin entry.
