“Sorry, no locations found.” with Multiple Locations

    Hello,
    I recently turned on the Multiple Locations feature in the Rank Math and followed the instructions, step-by-step, in the article “How to Create Multiple Locations (with Schema) Using Rank Math” located here: Rank Math Multiple Locations

    Near the bottom of the article, at step #4, when I add a “Local Business by Rank Math” block to the page, the block only shows “Sorry, no locations were found.” When I try to change the block settings, specifically Locations, it only shows “All Locations” and if I click on it none of the locations I created are shown in the dropdown menu.

    I’ve looked at the tutorial multiple times, and I feel like I’m missing a key step somewhere but I can’t seem to narrow it down. I’ve deleted pages, turned off Multiple Locations then turned the feature back on, tried generating the schema again, but every time it shows “Sorry, no locations were found.” in the Local Business by Rank Math block.

    I’d appreciate any assistance and would be happy to provide additional information if needed.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Rank Math’s Multiple Locations feature is only available using Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Meanwhile, the data from the block is fetched from the Local Business schema upon editing it using the Schema Generator. Please follow the steps in this link:

    Hi Reinelle,
    I apologize, I should have clarified this point. The organization that manages my site has activated their Rank Math Pro account. I have admin access to the site, and thus can access Rank Math Pro. They can provide website support – but don’t use the more advanced features of Rank Math and generally don’t manage SEO features.

    I’ve also followed the steps indicated in the link you provide and have added 2 new locations, neither of them show up under the Local Business Block.
