Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing after migrating your site to a new hosting. It sounds like there may be some indexing issues that need to be addressed. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the problem:
-
Check for Server Errors: Since you mentioned a technical error, ensure that there are no server errors (5xx) that could be preventing Googlebot from accessing your pages. You can check your server logs for any indications of errors.
-
Review Search Engine Visibility Settings: Make sure that the Search engine visibility option is unchecked in your WordPress settings. Navigate to Settings → Reading in your WordPress admin dashboard and ensure that the option is not checked.
-
Update Your Sitemap: After making any changes, ensure that your sitemap is updated. You can do this through Rank Math by going to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and regenerating your sitemap.
-
Validate Fix in Google Search Console: Once you’ve made the necessary adjustments, head over to your Google Search Console and use the Validate Fix option to inform Google about the changes.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further. A human agent from our support team will take over and provide more specific guidance based on your situation.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!
