  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

Please note that this translation is handled by the Loco Translate plugin, not by Rank Math.

You can get in touch with Loco Translate as they will be in a better position to help you with this.

However, if you want you can also download your preferred translations from here:
    https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/seo-by-rank-math/

Please check this detailed guide on how to use the downloaded files to translate the plugin.
    https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/glotpress-translate-wordpress-org/

Please note that we rely on user-submitted translations for these translations in our plugin and we do not add them ourselves.

If it isn’t too much to ask for, please feel free to contribute to the translations as we are sure 100s of others will find them to be useful.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

I understand that I used LOCO Translate, but it is just an editor. If the plugin that is being translated follows proper internationalization and does their code properly then there might not be a problem.

All I wanted to know is I am using rank-math text domain and translating the rank-math.pot file. The problem is there are some texts being translated and some are not. Am I supposed to translate some other text domain? The reason why I came to you is some of the strings are not being translated, not all of them.

I hope I will get a more reasonable answer this time. Thanks!

    Hi Siam,

Any update on this matter? Thanks!

    Hello,

Our plugin follows the proper translation guidelines from WordPress and if it didn’t you would not be able to translate it via the WordPress Translation program like you can for our plugin.

Having said that, to translate using Loco you need to make sure that the WordPress backend language is in the same exact language as the translation and that you have followed the steps here to select the correct location of the file: https://rankmath.com/blog/translating-wordpress-plugin/#using-loco-translate-plugin

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
