Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
The common reasons for a post/page not appearing in the sitemap are sometimes caused by the following:
1. Item is set to no-index in Rank Math > Titles & Meta or individually.
2. The sitemap is being cached on your site locally or at the server-level. For this head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hit the save button once. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and hit the save button once.
Then exclude your sitemap from being cached by following the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. The canonical is set manually in the Advanced Tab. Please make sure that you didn’t set the canonical URL in Rank Math, as its purpose is to let Google know that it is a duplicate page, and not to be indexed.
If the issue persists, please also share the sitemap URL to further investigate this issue.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that URLs are not showing in /ct_programs-sitemap.xml. Could you please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap settings and ensure that the option Include in Sitemap is already enabled for that post type?

If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
