Hi any help fixing this?
-
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The OpenGraph tags are automatically generated. In order for us to advise further, kindly share the affected page URL using a sensitive data section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi there, I have very little or no knowledge on all these stuff
I just check my seo analysis and saw a few errors one of them was what I opened a ticket for. So I don’t even know how to check which page is affected or what is happening or how to fix itHello,
Please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > OpenGraph Thumbnail:
Once done, clear your website cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.
If the issue persists, please share the affected URL in the sensitive data section by editing the first post on this ticket
We look forward to helping you.
it seems like you didn’t get anything I said previously.
How do I find the affected URL?Hello,
The affected URL simply means the page for which you’re getting the error. If you’re testing this using the SEO Analysis, then please share your website’s URL so that we can investigate further.
However, adding a global OpenGraph thumbnail, as mentioned by my colleague, should fix the issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thanks for the explanation, if you accept to help me checking it I’ll really appreciate.
I can create a temporal login for you to help me check because when I click on how to fix it doesn’t give me exact information on which page is affected and how to fix itHello,
Yes, you can create a temporary login for us so we can further check the issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hi there, I just created a temporary login
Here it is[temporary login moved to sensitive data section]
I’ll really appreciate your help
Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area and found that the image that you had set as the OpenGraph Thumbnail was not accessible. It seemed like the image was already deleted.
Please set a valid image as the OpenGraph thumbnail by following the steps mentioned by my colleague and run the SEO Analysis again to see if the issue is fixed.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
I did reupload the image and it is still in my media library but when I run the seo analysis I see same problem
even now I just uploaded the image following what your colleague said and ran seo analysis , I still see same error , feel free to check using the temporary login I sent
Hello,
I’ve checked the image you have uploaded, and it seems that the image resolution is too small. The recommended image size is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels.
Please check the sample image I’ve uploaded to your Opengraph Thumbnail, and the Missing Opengraph issue is already fixed.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
it is not fixed.
I just ran seo analysis
I don’t understand how you say it’s been fixedfix
Hello,
Glad that helped.
Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.
