This problem is happening because the Open Graph image that you have assigned on the Titles & Meta is too small and thus causing the og: image to miss on your pages.
You need to assign an image that is at least 600x315px. Recommended size is 1200x630px.
To fix this, I have temporarily used one of your gallery images as the OG image on your homepage.
