    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

You can fix this problem by adding a default OpenGraph image via WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and assign a default OG thumbnail as shown below:
    og

I hope that helps. Looking forward to helping you.

Thank you! I fixed the problem.

Is it okay to have a few more questions?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

We are glad that the issue with the missing Open Graph is already resolved.

Yes, you can still ask few more questions in this thread.

Thank you, and looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you!

    Here are my 3 questions:

    1. No H1 tag was found. For the best SEO results there should be exactly one H1 tag on each page.

I have tried to search for this H1 Tag but not sure where it is located

    2. Some images on your page have no alt attribute. (28)

I tried adding alt text for all media in the website unsure why the #28 still shows up

    3. Some CSS files don’t seem to be minified.

I installed W3 total cache but unsure on how to fix this problem

    Hello,

If you have made all the changes and the SEO Analysis still shows the same errors, please head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Flush SEO Analysis
    flush

Once done, clear your website and browser cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.

    For CSS Minification,
Here are some articles you may refer to:
    https://code.tutsplus.com/articles/configuring-w3-total-cache-advanced-minification-settings–wp-31043
    https://www.codetab.org/tutorial/wordpress/w3-total-cache/minify-settings/

I hope that helps. Looking forward to helping you.

Is it possible for you to look at the site callcriteria.com

Currently I am unable to do the SEO analysis as I getting an “error occurred” message.

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.

I’ve tried checking your website on our online version of the tool, and it seems that it is working fine here:
    https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

Could you please try removing Rank Math Transients in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools?
    Transients

If the issue still persists, please check your server error log if there are any error messages related to Rank Math to further investigate this issue.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

I tried removing the rank math transients but the message “error occurred” still persists.

In the mean time, I am using the rank math seo analyzer link.

I want to focus on getting help for this question specifically: No H1 tag was found. For the best SEO results there should be exactly one H1 tag on each page.

Where is the exact location or page I need to edit this H1 tag?

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

You can add an H1 tag as the first heading on your page. Like in your case the first heading on your banner is an H2 tag. You can make this an H1.

And if the issue with the SEO Analysis persists then assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hi,

The SEO Analysis is okay now.

The main problem still persists with the H1 Tag, Unminified CSS files, and Images with no alt text.

Is there a way for you guys to manually fix it? I have been stuck on these problems for a a couple of days.

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that there’s still no H1 tag present on your homepage. The images that don’t have the alt attributes are these icons
    Icons

    And your sidebar image: https://callcriteria.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/sidebar-image.png

Since you’re using W3 Total Cache, please follow the steps in this link:

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

I was able to login into your website’s admin area and I found that you are using custom fields for inserting data on the pages. The main heading that you’ve used on the homepage is of type Text, which generates an h2 heading.

Also, I checked your server configuration, and I found that you have an outdated version of PHP and many other plugins including Rank Math. The old version of PHP is preventing the plugins to work properly. Also, to update Rank Math to its latest version, you’ll need to update the PHP version to at least 7.3.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

My mentor updated the PHP to 7.1 however the site is having problems if updated above 7.4

    Attached is the video https://video.callcriteria.com/video/kmuteslfmw8fpbg1w

Is there a manual way of resolving the SEO problems for now? since the plugins for the site are not working.
