It could be that another plugin is adding that specific query parameter to your website URL. You would need to check which plugin is adding that. You may follow this guide to do so.
Should I change the dates on revamping the website’s old content?
Could you please confirm if you are referring to your post’s published date? If so then no, I strongly suggest not to change the publication dates as this will confuse Google and will lead to the drinking of your site. When changing your site’s content, WordPress will automatically update the modification date which is fine for Google.
