Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
To confirm, you have already enabled minifying the JS files under LiteSpeed settings?
I tried checking the file URL you sent and it seems it is indeed still not minified. If the issue persists after configuring the LiteSpeed settings, you may need to contact both LiteSpeed and Download Manager to assist you in minifying this specific file.
Here’s a troubleshooting guide from the LiteSpeed plugin website: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thanks Jeremy,
I followed the LiteSpeed documentation but it seems complicated to me. Especially since the line of JS has disappeared from my problems and has been replaced by two other JS:
https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-XXXXXXXXX
https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-XXXXXXXXXX
Thank you in advance,
Regards,
Claude
Hello,
That is an externally generated file and you may not have an option to minify this on your site. In this case, you may have to ignore this test.
The tests are only for your reference, and you don’t have to follow them religiously.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
Thank you Reinelle, you are right.
Regards,
Claude
