Solicito reembolso de cobro automático, no autorizado

    Buenas tardes,

    He revisado mi cuenta de banco y se me ha cargado una renovación, no obstante no voy a utilizarlo por un tiempo ya que no dispongo de tiempo para creación de contenido, actualmente me dedico a otro trabajo y necesito el dinero que se me ha cargado en mi cuenta.

    Por tal motivo me quiero dar de baja en el servicio y solicito el reembolso ya que no he usado ningún crédito en lo absoluto, previo a la renovación meses atrás si pero era el plan vigente.

  • Buenas tardes, sigo esperando respuesta. Realmente si yo fuera a utilizarlo no estaría pidiendo esto, actualmente necesito ese dinero, lo tenia presupuestado para otras cosas y esto me esta tomando una carga innecesaria. Por favor solicito ayuda.

    Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that? Please let us know. We are here to assist you with your refund request.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
