Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please share the affected URL so we can check as well?
Meanwhile, here’s a link you can follow for troubleshooting steps:

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

The URLs for two of the blog posts are:
https://finallypromoted.com/corporate-work-a-great-place-to-start-and-grow-your-career/
https://finallypromoted.com/think-for-yourself-and-get-promoted%EF%BF%BC/
I have set the global open graph image for my website in rank math settings, and a different featured image for specific blog posts, but neither image appears when trying to share a blog post on Twitter or LinkedIn. The featured image and title only appears for Facebook.
Hello,
I’ve checked your site, and it seems to be showing a coming soon page.
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We are not able to log in as the login details are incorrect. Also, your site is in the Coming Soon mode, and the OpenGraph tags are not being added by our plugin. Some other plugin is adding the tags and the og:image and twitter:image tags are empty that’s why you are not seeing the image in the link preview:

Please check after making the site live and it should work fine once our plugin is able to add the meta tags.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks.
Please look again. I’ve turned the coming soon setting off and it still is not working correctly.
Please look again. I’ve turned off the coming soon feature, and the posts still do not pull the image or title for LinkedIn or Twitter posts. For example, these two posts aren’t working correctly:
https://finallypromoted.com/corporate-work-a-great-place-to-start-and-grow-your-career/
https://finallypromoted.com/principle-1-performance/
But this post is working correctly:
https://finallypromoted.com/principle-1-performance/
Hello,
Both the posts you shared are working correctly and pulling in the image inside the og:image tag when shared on Facebook.
Here’s a screenshot of one of them:

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
This issue is not resolved. If you read my message, you’ll see the issue has never been with facebook. The issue is with linkedin and twitter.
I believe my issues has been resolved. I was able to fix it by adding the link to LinkedIn inspector page, and then it started to work.
Hello,
We are super happy that your issue has been resolved.
If you have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.
Thank you.
