Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked your pages and it seems it is working fine in Facebook’s sharing debugger as you can see in this screenshot below:
Can you please clear your website cache and try again?
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
I know it is working fine on Facebook but not working on Whatsapp and Quora. I have tried on those websites and the preview is not working.
Hello,
I tried checking on WhatsApp and it seems the preview images has displayed there as well:
If the issue persists on your end, please try to temporarily disable any plugins that offer gzip compression and see if the social preview is working on your end?
In addition, please also clear your website and browser cache and further test.
Let us know how that goes.
Looking forward to helping you.
I was deactivated caching plugin. After that, I tried on my mobile phone and different browsers too but it is still not working.
Yes, it is working in WhatsApp. I have checked it on another phone. It might be an issue is in my phone or WhatsApp version. Thanks for this help.
But why it preview is not showing in Quora. I mean quora.com is not fetching detail when I put a link on the answer section. Except for my link, it’s fetching for all site link detail. I don’t know what is the issue, can you please help to fix this?
Hello,
We would love to help you further.
I inspected the affected URL and noticed the height and width of your og:image is “512”, which is more than the recommended dimensions.
Request you to please alter your images to the recommended dimensions of 1200 × 630 pixels.
We hope this information helps. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Thank you.
@Chandni Ssirohi I don’t think size is an issue, because if image size is an issue then it should not work on any platform but it is working on Facebook and WhatsApp.
Hello,
Upon investigating the page, I found that there are duplicate OG image tags. Here’s a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/jl5eb0q
Duplicate OG tags confuse social media platforms and might result in similar issues.
Please follow this troubleshooting guide to see which plugin/theme is adding the duplicate OG tags: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Once you find the plugin/theme adding the duplicate tags, you can disable its OG tags and other SEO-related options to fix the issue.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
I don’t think size is an issue, because if image size is an issue then it should not work on any platform but it is working on Facebook and WhatsApp.
Since OG or OpenGraph is a protocol, different platforms have different supporting values for height and width. In many cases, Facebook shows images that are higher/lower than the recommended dimensions but other platforms have issues in displaying them.
Adding images of the recommended dimensions avoids any possible issue that can be caused due to the dimensions of the image.
You can have a look at this guide for a quick reference:

Hope this helps.
Thank you.
