Social Post Image displaying old post not updated one

Hi Team,

When viewing the social share image for this page on Twitter and LinkedIn the previous image is showing in the preview box see here: https://ibb.co/ZdNCP2H – interestingly the image shown on Slack is the new logo

I have changed the featured image for the page and have changed all the pictures in RankMath settings to the new image

Have worked through the guide here https://rankmath.com/kb/open-graph-image-not-displaying/

Looking at the source code of the page we can see that the new logo is showing up in the meta tags
<meta property=”og:image” content=”https://unplughq.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/unplug_logo_web_light.png” />
<meta property=”og:image:secure_url” content=”https://unplughq.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/unplug_logo_web_light.png” />

Any ideas why it’s not showing on the social posts?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I checked the affected website and it seems to be showing the correct log as you can see in my screenshots below:

Please clear your website cache and check again.

Also, please note that you are not using a standard size for your Opengraph image and this may not work on some social media.

Please make sure that your images are using the recommended image size. Recommended image size is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels.
