I did that check just yesterday only, and there seems to be no conflict of the plugin.

The issue is only happening with the newly posted articles. Every time we set a different og:title, it still continues to display the original title on all social medias.
I will be making a post today with both title and meta title set different from each other, so that can be checked by your team.

I think i got what the problem is. Rank Math isnt saving the SEO data of the post. Today i tried updating my posts several times and after 10-15 minutes all the SEO done would return back to default. Any fix for that?

If you are using WordFence or, as you said, Sucuri; make sure to check the dev console in Google Chrome to see if there are any JS errors when updating a post. It could be one of those plugins blocking Rank Math from using the WordPress Rest API as a extra protection (when it shouldn’t block it, since then you are not able to update the content).
Could you check it?

I did check with sucuri, and found out it was the one causing troubles by restricting some of the JS request.
