    Hi,
    I open the same ticket twice before, my first ticket is marked as private so I can’t see the Rank math support reply. Then I create a second ticket the support team replied by saying that we already replied to you in my previous ticket.
    Sorry, I’m unable to see my previous ticket
    When I open the ticket this message display: “You do not have permission to view this topic.”

    Please solve my problem or give me the same (latest) reply here
