Could you please confirm whether you are using any page builder? And if so, which one?
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I’ve tried with the troubleshooting guide but the issue persists. I’m using the flothemes builder. I know that data on flex blocks isn’t read, but I haven’t found anything like this issue.

Unfortunately, I’m also getting the error my colleague has provided. Could you please check if you’re using any security plugin and temporarily disable it to further investigate this issue?
If not, please get in touch with your web host as it seems that they’re blocking access from a different country to the backend of your site.

I had the plugin “Wordfence Security” activated so maybe this was the problem. I’ve deactivated it, so could you try again?

I tried accessing your website admin and I wasn’t able to log in as well as it was blocking my IP address. If you already disabled your security plugin, you might need to contact your hosting provider to disable any security software temporarily so we can further check your issue.

Could you please check if you can access my website admin to solve this issue? We have disabled the cpanel security module for a while
If this can help you to find the issue, when I use descriptions under 105 characters, it saves it (unless it shows it like if it isn’t saved), but over 105 characters, it doesn’t save changes.

I was able to login into your website’s backend. I ran a plugin-theme conflict test and it seems that the Classic Editor plugin is causing the conflict. Please see the screencast available in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.
