You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I went ahead and further check your URLs and they are redirected by WordPress as you can see in this screenshot:
Please check if there are other plugins that might be manipulating your permalinks. To determine that, please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
