The URL in that format is just encoded (it is done sometimes by the browser or some plugins) but it doesn’t affect your website since it works the same.
In fact, you can check here (https://www.urldecoder.org/) the URL, and you will see that if you decode that URL you will get the one you added to the Sensitive Data section.
