To remove all inflated internal link entries from the Database, please head over to Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> DataBase Tools and click on the Delete Internal Links button: https://i.rankmath.com/8QAXlw

Hello,
Those rows are generated when it scans your posts to suggest you internal linking, so the best way to avoid it is by disabling that feature (or not setting any pillar content or just a few per category).
When you have a lot of posts, it could generate a big amount of rows with suggestions for internal linking.
